Just a short post to convince myself that I need to get out of the baking rut – I made cheese and sausage bread together with my niece. I designed it and built it while she embellished it.

The cheese is cheddar by the way. I never knew shredded cheddar can be so tasty baked; now I know.
Don’t ask me for the recipe, I agar agar the recipe for the bread consisting of milk, water, sugar, bread flour, yeast and salt.
Not my proudest creation, but I really needed to fire up the oven once in a while.
