See that new advertisement on the left side on Fr3b.com? I’m not paid per se, but it’s a referral link, so I feel the need to put it somewhere prominent. So, what is Fr3b.com? It’s purported Singapore’s 1st Online Sampling Hub. They request samples from the brands, and subsequent pass it along to consumers, free! All you need to do it (1) pay for the nominal postage (I requested 3 samples and it’s $1.80), (2)review the products after trying them for more points to exchange for more samples, and (3)refer other people for more points. So, is it a scam? Nope. I received my samples today. I requested BB cream samples – you know, that supposed magical cream from Korea that helps skin repair, rejuvenation, move out and get married. BB creams are somewhere pricey, ranging from $30 to even $70. So getting samples to try the effects and shade is useful.

The samples. Because I am a cheapo so they are not exactly one-time use to me; I will empty the sachets into a small jar and use from there. Yes, a cheapo, but no point wasting the excess if I don’t keep it, right?

So I guess $1.80 for these four samples are ok; even though technically you can be thick-skin and go ask the promoters for free samples (if they give out), these are still better alternatives to buying full-size just to try, get what I mean?
