This year’s GSS (Great Singapore Sale) has been very fruitful for me, considering I’ve only been back a week and I’ve got the below items and bargains:
1. Button shirt from Mango for $24 (used to be $49)
2. Sleeveless flashy top from Mango for $23 (used to be $45)
3. Denim oh-so-slimming skirt from Mango for $39 (used to be $75)
4. Knee-length skirt from Zara for $24.90 (used to be $59.90)
5. Bermudas from Topshop for $26 (used to be $59)
6. Bag from Esprit for $56 (used to be $80)
7. Copy of Day Watch for $20 (used to be $25)
8. Copy of A Place Called Here for $13.70 (used to be $17)
Total savings: approx. $151.
See? GSS rocks, doesn’t it?
Alas I have been shopping so much ever since I came back I’m scaring myself with how much I spend. Oh well. I did tell myself I’ll reward myself for surviving in China doing shit work… *whistles innocently*

you bought cecelia ahern? i hope it’ll be better than ps, i love you!
me: I hope it’ll be good, I haven’t read her books before. I just found the concept of how lost things go “here” interesting; I hope the story can do the title/synopsis justice.
